A school principal in Singapore sent this letter to the parents before the exams..

Dear Parents,

The exams of your children are to start soon. I know you are all really anxious for your child to do well.

But, please do remember, amongst the students, who will be sitting for the exams, there is an artist, who doesn't need to understand Maths.

There is an entrepreneur, who doesn't care about History or English literature.

There's a musician, whose Chemistry marks won't matter.

There's a sportsperson, whose physical fitness is more important than Physics..like Schooling

If your child does get top marks, that's great! But, if he or she doesn't, please don't take away their self-confidence and dignity from them.

Tell them it's OK, it's just an exam! They are cut out for much bigger things in life.

Tell them, no matter what they score, you love them and will not judge them.

Please do this, and when you do, watch your children conquer the world. One exam or a low mark won't take away their dreams and talent.

And please, do not think that doctors and engineers are the only happy people in the world.

घुटनों का दर्द

*चाहे किसी भी प्रकार का घुटनों का दर्द हो, चाहे घुटनो में चिकनाहट ख़त्म हो गयी हो, इन सभी के लिए अद्भुत घरेलु उपाय*

घुटनों का दर्द बहुत ही पीड़ादायक होता है और यह आपको चलने-फिरने में भी असमर्थ कर देता है। यदि आपका वजन अधिक हो या आप वृद्धावस्था में हों तो घुटनों का दर्द और भी तकलीफदेह हो जाता है। यह बात कम ही लोग जानते हैं कि कुछ आसान घरेलू उपायों की मदद से घुटनों के दर्द की इस तकलीफ से छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है। जी हाँ ! यदि आप निम्नलिखित कारणों से घुटनों के दर्द से पीड़ित है :

घुटनों की माँसपेशियो में खून का दौरा सही नहीं होना।
घुटनों की माँसपेशियो में खिंचाव या तनाव होना।
माँसपेशियो में किसी भी तरह की चोट का प्रभाव।
वृद्धावस्था।
नीचे बताई गयी सामग्री को मिला कर हल्दी का एक दर्द निवारक पेस्ट बना लीजिये :

*घुटनो का दर्द - उपाय : 1*
1 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
1 छोटा चम्मच पीसी हुई मिश्री या बूरा या शहद
1 चुटकी चूना (जो पान में लगा कर खाया जाता है)
आवश्यकतानुसार पानी
इन सभी को अच्छी तरह मिला लीजिये। एक लाल रंग का गाढ़ा पेस्ट बन जाएगा।
यह पेस्ट कैसे प्रयोग करें :
सोने से पहले यह पेस्ट अपने घुटनों पे लगाइए। इसे सारी रात घुटनों पे लगा रहने दीजिये। सुबह साधारण पानी से धो लीजिये। कुछ दिनों तक प्रतिदिन इसका इस्तेमाल करने से सूजन, खिंचाव, चोट आदि के कारण होने वाला घुटनों का दर्द पूरी तरह ठीक हो जाएगा।

*घुटनों का दर्द – उपाय : 2*
1 छोटा चम्मच सोंठ का पाउडर लीजिये और इसमें थोडा सरसों का तेल मिलाइए।
इसे अच्छी तरह मिला कर गाड़ा पेस्ट बना लीजिये।
इसे अपने घुटनों पर मलिए। इसका प्रयोग आप दिन या रात कभी भी कर सकते हैं। कुछ घंटों बाद इसे धो लीजिये। यह प्रयोग करने से आपको घुटनों के दर्द में बहुत जल्दी आराम मिलेगा।

*घुटनों का दर्द – उपाय : 3*
4-5 बादाम
5-6 साबुत काली मिर्च
10 मुनक्का
6-7 अखरोट
प्रयोग विधि : इन सभी चीज़ों को एक साथ मिलाकर खाएं और साथ में गर्म दूध पीयें। कुछ दिन तक यह प्रयोग रोजाना करने से आपको घुटनों के दर्द में आराम मिलेगा।

*घुटनों का दर्द – उपाय : 4*
खजूर विटामिन ए, बी, सी, आयरन व फोस्फोरस का एक अच्छा प्राकृतिक स्रोत है. इसलिए, खजूर घुटनों के दर्द सहित सभी प्रकार के जोड़ों के दर्द के लिए बहुत असरकारक है.
प्रयोग प्रयोग : एक कप पानी में 7-8 खजूर रात भर भिगोयें। सुबह खाली पेट ये खजूर खाएं और जिस पानी में खजूर भिगोये थे, वो पानी भी पीयें। ऐसा करने से घुटनों की मांसपेशियां मजबूत होती हैं, और घुटनों के दर्द में बहुत लाभ मिलता है

*घुटनों का दर्द – उपाय : 5*
नारियल भी घुटनों के दर्द के लिए बहुत अच्छी औषधी है।
रोजाना सूखा नारियल खाएं।
नारियल का दूध पीयें।
घुटनों पर दिन में दो बार नारियल के तेल की मालिश गोलाई से करें इससे घुटनों के दर्द में अद्भुत लाभ होता है।

Akbar Birbal

Many many years ago, when I was in school, I heard the following story:

Once Badshah Akbar' s army was engaged in a prolonged war. As a result his royal wealth ("shahi khazana") was nearly exhausted.
He asked Birbal, "How to replenish my wealth."
Birbal: You can get it from Dhanna Seth.(merchant).
Akbar was amazed as to how a trader/ merchant could have so much money. Still he went to Dhanna Seth.
Dhanna Seth offered: Badshah Akbar, I have huge wealth, take as much as you want."
Akbar: Dhanna Seth, How did you accumulate so much wealth. Tell me without any fear of punishment.
Dhanna: I earned it by adultrating grains & spices.
Akbar got angry, he took all of Dhanna's wealth and ordered him that from then on he would collect the horse dung  in his royal stable. Dhanna agreed.
Years passed by. Again Akbar had to fight a long drawn battle. Again his royal wealth exhausted & again Birbal advised Akbar to go to Dhanna Seth for help.
Akbar wondered : Birbal, I had ordered him to work in royal stable to collect horse dung, How on earth he can have such a wealth."
Birbal: Badshah, you can ask him but only he can help you.
Akbar went to Dhanna. Dhanna gave Akbar huge wealth.
Akbar: Dhanna Seth, I had earlier taken all your wealth, How did you accumulate it again?
Dhanna: From the stable - incharge  & horse attendants. They used to underfeed the horses. I threatened them that I will complain to Badshah that they did not feed horses enough, hence the horse dung quantity was less. So they bribed me to keep silent.
Akbar got very angry again & ordered Dhanna to start counting the waves at sea & returned to his Palace with Dhanna's wealth.
As luck would have it, Akbar fought another war, royal wealth emptied out and once again Birbal advised Akbar to go to Dhanna  Seth for help.
Akbar could not believe as to how Dhanna could earn so much by counting waves at sea.
Akbar asked Dhanna for the help.

Dhanna: Badshah, Take as much as you want but this time around I will not change my profession.

Akbar: Ok, but tell me how did you earn money by counting Water waves at sea.

Dhanna: Very simple, I used to stop merchant's ships & boats far  away from sea shore. I showed them your orders that I  was counting waves & their ships & boats would disturb or break the waves hence their ships or boats should stay away. Badshah, these merchants then used to bribe me to let them reach the shore & unload their merchandise.

So Badshah understood that Dhanna Seth can earn by engaging in manipulations & bribery from any profession.

Demonetisation or no demonetisation, the Dhanna Seths of our society will always find a way to earn & accumulate black money.

मैंने सुना है, एक युवक ज्योतिष का अध्ययन करके लौटा। उसका पिता पुराना अनुभवी ज्योतिषी था। उसने अपने बेटे से कहा कि जल्दी मत करना। क्योंकि यह ज्योतिष बडी गहरी कला है। इसमें सत्य कहना आवश्यक नहीं है। इसमें सत्य कहने से बचना पड़ता है। और इसमें सत्य भी कहना हो तो ऐसे ढंग से कहना होता है कि उसका पता न चल पाए। इसमें असत्य भी बोलने पड़ते हैं। यह बड़ी मीठी कला है। इसमें सिर्फ शास्त्र के शान से कुछ न होगा। तू ठहर। हर किसी को ज्योतिष का ज्ञान मत दिखाने लगना।

लेकिन उस युवक ने कहा, कि मैं काशी से लौटा हूं और सब शान पूरा पा लिया हूं और अब रुकना मुझसे नहीं हो सकता। मैं जाता हूं सम्राट के पास। और जितना मैं जानता हूं उससे मैं घोषणा कर सकता हूं कि क्या होने वाला है। उसने कहा, तेरी मर्जी। मैं भी पीछे आता हूं।

बाप ने कहा कि पहले मैं सम्राट को कुछ कहूं उसका हाथ देखूं फिर तू देखना। बाप ने हाथ देखा, और उसने कहा कि साम्राज्य और बढ़ेगा; तेरे जीवन में सूर्योदय होने के करीब है। युवक थोड़ा हैरान हुआ, क्योंकि रेखाए कुछ और कहती हैं, यह आदमी मरने के करीब है।

बाप को सम्राट ने सम्मानित किया, धन दिया, कीमती वस्तुएं भेंट कीं। बेटे ने हाथ देखकर कहा कि एक बात भर निश्चित है कि तुम सात दिन से ज्यादा नहीं जीओगे। सम्राट ने उसे पकड़वाकर कोड़े लगवाए। बाप खड़ा देखता हंसता रहा। पिटे हुए लड़के को लेकर घर लौटा'। उससे कहा कि देख, शास्त्र में जो लिखा है वह समझदारों के लिए है। समझदार कहां हैं लेकिन! वह मुझे भी दिख रहा था कि सात दिन में मरेगा, लेकिन उसके पहले अपने को मरना हो तो इसकी घोषणा करनी है। सत्य कहना काफी नहीं है। वह क्या चाहता है? उसकी वासना क्या है? उसकी हाथ की रेखा से ज्यादा उसकी इच्छाओं की रेखाओं को पहचानना जरूरी है।

इसलिए जब आप ज्योतिषी के पास जाते हैं, तो वह आपकी इच्छाओं की रेखाएं पहचानता है। वह कोशिश करता है, वासनाएं कहां दौड़ रही हैं, उनमें जितनी दूर तक सहयोग दे सके, देता है।

मरते दम तक भी आदमी यह सुनना नहीं चाहता है कि वह मर रहा है, या मरने वाला है।

I found this so inspiring, so I thought I should forward it:

Michael Jordan was born in 1963, in the slums of Brooklyn, New York.

He had four  siblings and his father's earnings were not sufficient to provide for the whole family.

He grew up in a poor neighbourhood. Exposed to mindless violence and heavy discrimination in the slums, he saw for himself only a hopeless future.

His father saw in Michael, a lost soul and decided to do something.

He gave Michael, who was 13 years old, a piece of used clothing and asked: "What do you think the value of this outfit would be?"

Jordan replied,"Maybe one dollar."

His father asked, "Can you sell it for two dollars? If you can sell it, it would mean that you are a big help to your family."

Jordan nodded his head, "I'll try, but no guarantee that I'll be successful."

Jordan carefully washed the cloth clean. Because they didn't have an iron, to smoothen the cloth, he levelled it with a clothes brush on a flat board, then kept it in the sun to dry. The next day, he brought the clothes to a crowded underground station. After offering it for more than six hours. Jordan finally managed to sell it for $2. He took the two dollar bill and ran home.

After that, everyday he looked for used clothing, washed and ironed it, and sold it in the crowd.

More than ten days later, his father again gave him a piece of used clothing, "Can you think of a way you can sell this for 20 bucks?"

Aghast, Jordan said, "How is it possible? This outfit can only fetch two dollars at the most."

His father replied, "Why don't you try it first? There might be a way."

After breaking his head for a few hours, finally, Jordan got an idea.

He asked for cousin's helpto paint a picture of Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse on the garment. Then he tried to sell it in the school where the children of the rich study.

Soon a housekeeper, who was there to pick his master, bought that outfit for his master. The master was a little boy of only 10 years. He loved it so much and he gave a five dollar tip. 25 dollars was a huge amount for Jordan, the equivalent of a month's salary of his father.

When he got home, his father gave him yet another piece of used clothing, "Are you able to resell it at a price of 200 dollars?" Jordan's eyes lit up.

This time, Jordan accepted the clothes without the slightest doubt. Two months later a popular movie actress from the movie "Charlie's Angels", Farah Fawcett came to New York for her Movie promos. After the press conference, Jordan made his way through the security forces to reach the side of Farah Fawcett and requested her autograph on the piece of clothing. When Fawcett saw this innocent child asking for her autograph, she gladly signed it.

Jordan was shouting very excitedly, "This is a jersey signed by Miss Farah Fawcett, the selling price is 200 dollars!" He auctioned off the clothes, to a businessman for a price of 1,200 dollars!

Upon returning home, his father broke into TEARS and said, "I am amazed that you did it My child! You're really great! "

That night, Jordan slept alongside his father. His father said, "Son, in your experience selling these three pieces of clothing, what did you learn about success?"

Jordan replied, "Where there's a will, there's a way."

His father nodded his head, then shook his head, "What you say is not entirely wrong! But that was not my intention. I just wanted to show you that a piece of used clothing which is worth only a dollar can also be increased in value, Then how about us - living & thinking humans? We may be darker and poorer, but what if we CAN increase our VALUE."

This thought enlightened young Jordan. Even a piece of used clothing could be made dignified, then why not me? There is absolutely no reason to underestimate myself.

From then on, Michael Jordan felt that his future would be beautiful and full of hope.

He went on to become the greatest basketball player of all times.

How can I increase my own value? I am finding it a very interesting thought. I am sure, you too, will.

9.Let other family members take care of your kitchen sometimes. Its ok if the kitchen platform is exceptionally unclean or sink is full of dirty vessels. Relax n take that break!

10.Help the other woman, even if you dont like her ;) You never know what her battles are. Empower the needy ones, like your maids. Teach her basics of hygiene, education and finances.

11.Create a support system. Its ok to get on well with inlaws! Not every family needs to have a saas-bahu drama.

12.Have some friends (men and women) beyond your husband's or boyfriend's group. Its ok ! Spend some time away from family with your friends.

13.Its ok to not cry. Not all women need to be senti all the time ;)

14. Be vigilant, be prepared to handle tough situations. When things go wrong, try to be balanced and find way out of your problems. You don't need to play the victim.

15. Find time to read and keep yourself updated.

16.Raise independent, caring and health conscious kids. Make all family members equally accountable and responsible.

17. Create different girlie groups. Share your problems and seek opinions. Finally take your own decision and be confident about it.

18. Spend some time  doing what you like, even if its just sitting idle. Dont feel guilty about it, just because others feel its worthless.

E-Property Pass Book (EPPB)

E-Property Pass Book (EPPB):

From 1/4/2017 all properties are invalid for one year.

You can't sell or buy any property until u register your properties in the E-Property Pass book.

EPPB will be linked with PAN, Aadhar online.

Owner has to personally report with ownership proof to Sub Registrar office where spl officers will enter all your property details in EPPB.

Once it is entered in EPPB  your properties will become yours.

They will have one more spl counter for emergency sellers, mortgagers, buyers where they can do exchange of properties but with full details of all properties.

Upto 31/3/2018 all properties will be entered in EPPB.

From 1/4/2018 Govt will take over the properties not entered in EPPB .

सभी नोटों में उर्जित पटेल (जो 4 Sept से RBI के गवर्नर हैं) के साइन हैं।
इन सबसे यह पता चलता हैं की ऊर्जित पटेल को गवर्नर बनने से पहले ही उसके हस्ताक्षर से नोट छप रहे थे |

*सच: यह तो कम अक्ली की इंतहा है। मोदी जी ने कहा - 6 महीने से तैयारी चल रही थी। - नोट छापने की क्रिया में छपाई तो अंतिम सोपान है। असल समय तो विदेशी पेपर मिल से स्पेशल कागज़ बनाने में लगता है, फिर डिजाइन फाइनल और अंत में ब्लॉक और उस पर हस्ताक्षर।*
*लगता है कि इस तरह के मेसेज बनाने वाले या तो मूर्ख हैं, या बाकी लोगों को मूर्ख समझते हैं।*

*सच तो यह है कि उर्जित पटेल को RBI का Deputy Governor बनाया Congress government ने। इसके बरसों पहले जब उर्जित IMF की ओर से भारत में थे, तो उस समय के Finance Minister मनमोहन सिंह और बाद में चिदम्बरम ने भारत सरकार में आने को कहा था। इस बीच उर्जित ने कई निजी संस्थाओं में काम किया जिनमें रिलायंस भी एक थी।*
